At Holistic Strength, our classes are built around the client experience. We keep class sizes small (maximum of 8 people) to ensure personalized coaching and meaningful progress for every participant.

All classes focus on strength training. We emphasize proper movement patterns, safe and effective loading, and appropriate modifications when needed — so you can train with confidence and build lasting strength.

The Runner’s Hour
Strength training for runners who want to build power, improve output, and address movement imbalances to enhance performance and reduce injury risk.

The Mom Hour
Strength training focused on deep core connection, pelvic floor health, and building strength for the physical demands of motherhood.

The Power Hour
Full-body strength training designed to improve muscular endurance, sharpen technique, and build total-body power using a variety of equipment.
